What is GAMCA / Wafid medical?
GAMCA is the name many applicants still use for the GCC-approved medical screening process. The official program is now called Wafid. It coordinates required pre-departure examinations at approved centers for applicants travelling to Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait.

✅What does FIT mean?
FIT indicates that the screening result met the applicable medical requirements at the time of assessment. Visa approval remains a separate immigration decision.
⚠️What can cause an UNFIT result?
The program may consider communicable diseases and serious medical conditions, including active tuberculosis, hepatitis B or C, HIV, or significant heart and lung conditions, under destination rules.
🔒Can a medical result be changed by an agent?
